How students connect to Arkride

Arkride runs on the teacher's computer. Students only need the same local network and a browser or Arkride Mobile.
- Step 1Teacher login: open Teacher and sign in.
- Step 2Create students: add accounts in Accounts. Students usually sign in with their LRN.
- Step 3Prepare an exam: build a question bank, then create a questionnaire with an Exam Code.
- Step 4Let students in: they scan the QR or type the link, then open Student.
No internet is needed after devices are on the same local network.
Connect Student Devices
The teacher device and all student devices must be on the same Wi-Fi or LAN.

Teacher Setup
- LoginOpen Teacher and sign in with the teacher password.
- AccountsAdd students in Accounts. Import if you already have a roster.
- Student loginStudents normally sign in with their LRN.
Tip: finish your roster first before announcing the QR code to the class.
Build the Exam
- Question BankCreate or reuse a bank where your questions are stored.
- QuestionnaireCreate the actual exam, choose the parts and items, set the time, and assign an Exam Code.
- Before classCheck that every enabled part has enough items.
Keep it simple: one clear Exam Code per quiz makes student entry much faster.
Run the Quiz
- StudentsThey open Student, sign in, and enter the Exam Code.
- TeacherMonitor the class from the teacher side and review results after submissions.
- After classUse attendance, grading, and exports as needed, then back up the
Data\folder regularly.
Reminder: if the teacher computer changes network, the student link and QR can change too.
